How it works
From registration to your first pay slip.

Register at the institute or through the Candidate Zone. There is no registration fee.

We check your education documents and talk with you about which trade fits.

You train with an instructor who has worked on a shop floor.

A practical assessment at the end shows what you can do.

Trainees who pass are offered placement with a client company.

Once placed, wages go into your bank account every month, with PF and ESI deducted and deposited in your name.

Need a batch trained to your spec?
If you hire the same trade again and again, tell us. We can run a batch for your requirement, using your machine types and your quality standards, and you interview the trainees before they join. It suits plants opening a new line or preparing for a seasonal peak.

Will I definitely get a job?
Trainees who pass the assessment are offered placement with our client companies. We cannot promise a job to every trainee, and we never take money for one.
Do I need to pay for placement?
No. Placement is free for candidates.
Can my company send workers for training?
