For companies
Who is the employer on record?
The workers are on our payroll. We pay wages and deposit PF and ESI. As principal employer you keep certain duties under the Contract Labour Act, and we explain them before you sign.
What does it cost?
We quote per worker per month, split into wages, statutory contributions and our service fee, so you can see where every rupee goes.
For job seekers
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Registration, placement and joining are free.
How do I check my PF?
Use your UAN on the EPFO member portal. We help you activate it on your first day.
Can I apply if I am under 18?
We place workers aged 18 and above only.
About training
Will I definitely get a job?
Trainees who pass the assessment are offered placement with our client companies. We cannot promise a job to every trainee, and we never take money for one.
Do I need to pay for placement?
No. Placement is free for candidates.
Can my company send workers for training?
Yes. Tell us the trade and how many people.
About shifting
Do you give a fixed price?
Yes. You get a written quote before we start.
What if something is damaged?
Damage is noted at sign-off.
