Our story
Srikshetra Employment & Logistics was incorporated on 26 February 2024. We source and train workers in Odisha and place them with factories and warehouses in the south and west of India. A branch office in Bangalore looks after client accounts day to day.
Our founders, Satyaban Sahu and Pranab Ku Sahoo, started the company because blue collar hiring is still messy. Clients get workers who leave within a month. Workers are promised wages that arrive late or short. We try to fix both ends: screen properly, pay directly into bank accounts, and keep every statutory filing current.
